Individual Therapeutic Exercise – LTV
This exercise is intended for people with disorders of the musculoskeletal and nervous system, poor movement habits and posture, under the guidance of a rehabilitation physiotherapist. Thanks to the individual approach, therapeutic exercise can better correct poor movement habits.

Under the guidance of experienced physiotherapists we provide several types of exercise concepts that specifically address the patient's particular movement problems. It forms the most important part of comprehensive rehabilitation treatment.
The exercise takes place under the guidance of a physiotherapist who will carefully explain everything, so you can be sure you're exercising correctly. Back exercises can help resolve various problems.
Therapeutic exercise
Therapeutic exercise (LTV) forms the main part of a physiotherapist's work. Based on the examination and assessment of the patient's condition, the physiotherapist establishes a diagnosis and sets a rehabilitation plan. This is then carried out using movement, manual and physical therapy methods.
Elements that therapeutic exercise (LTV) includes are active and passive movements, respiratory physiotherapy (breathing exercises), exercise with aids and equipment, or conditioning exercise. These procedures are often combined with manual techniques and physical therapy (electrotherapy and others).
