Physiotherapist

Zuzana Rohutná

Since the age of 17, Zuzana has been involved in aerobics and fitness as a class 2 trainer. It was precisely this love of movement that led her to study physiotherapy, which she completed in 2001 as a qualified physiotherapist. Over her many years of practice she developed expertise in movement methodologies such as Pilates, yoga, balance exercises, DNS, and the use of Propriomed and Posturomed with athletes, as well as in manual therapies — mobilization techniques, soft-tissue techniques, and kinesio taping. In 2009 she expanded her specialization to include the Ľ. Mojžíšová method, where working with women became a major motivation for her to study craniosacral therapy, which she now considers a significant turning point in how she perceives the body from a neuro-emotional perspective. She successfully completed her studies in craniosacral therapy in 2015 at the Upledger Institute Vienna, passing Exam A, and is currently continuing her studies in visceral manipulation. Her goal is to broaden her knowledge by studying craniosacral therapy in the field of pediatrics and to pursue a deeper study of osteopathy.
