Physiotherapist

Laura Zajosová

Laura is a physiotherapist with a whole-person approach to health. In her practice she focuses above all on the areas that are specific to the female body across different stages of life — from diastasis recti, through a weakened pelvic floor, to the prevention of osteoporosis. Her aim is to help improve posture and manage musculoskeletal pain, and she also works in respiratory physiotherapy, which supports correct breathing as the foundation of healthy movement.

She approaches every client individually, seeking to understand the connections between the physical and the emotional side of a health problem — because the mind often speaks through the body.

Pilates Reformer is also part of her approach, linking physiotherapy principles with purposefully guided movement on the reformer. The method builds stability, mobility, strength and conscious posture, which is key both in preventing and treating movement difficulties and in restoring the body's function.

Completed courses:

• Osteoporosis – comprehensive treatment – kinesiotherapy and pelvic floor issues

• Yoga and physiotherapy – connecting and respecting physiological ranges in exercise

She is happy to communicate with her clients in English, Spanish and Hungarian.
