Sometimes we fail to express our emotions and these are stored in the muscles, and later cause blockages of energy flow, contractions or stiffness. The experts from our centre do not only tell a few words about sport fitness in the report on the second channel of RTVS, but also on what should not be underestimated in sports training or in cases of unilateral load.
